New Dodge Charger UK: Order the Sixpack Now at Unity Oxford

KWA (KW Automotive), the official European importer of Dodge and RAM, has officially appointed Unity Automotive as a primary UK retailer for the all-new Dodge Charger. The petrol-powered muscle car will soon go on display at Unity Oxford, with the first Dodge Charger UK allocations now open to order.

The car's arrival gives British buyers a rare chance to own the new generation of an American icon, still boasting a high-performance, pure combustion engine. Unity Oxford is now taking orders for both power outputs and every trim level of Dodge's flagship car.

At Unity Automotive, the two-door Charger Sixpack R/T with 420 hp costs £70,000, while the two-door Charger Sixpack Scat Pack with 550 hp costs £76,000. All vehicles are left-hand drive. Customers can view and drive the car, then configure their dream specification with Unity Oxford's dedicated American-car team.

The eighth-generation Charger sits on Stellantis' STLA Large platform. Rather than the outgoing HEMI V8, Sixpack models use the 3.0-litre Hurricane twin-turbo straight-six, and they are significantly quicker than the Challenger they replace.

The 420 hp R/T produces 468 lb-ft of torque, reaches 60 mph in 4.6 seconds from a stop, and completes the quarter-mile in 12.9 seconds. That gives it 50 hp and 73 lb-ft more than the old 5.7-litre HEMI R/T, and makes it half a second faster to 60 mph.

The 550 hp Scat Pack uses the high-output Hurricane engine. It makes 531 lb-ft, hits 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and covers the quarter-mile in 12.2 seconds. That puts it 65 hp and 56 lb-ft ahead of the previous 6.4-litre HEMI Scat Pack.

Both cars pair an eight-speed automatic gearbox with standard all-wheel drive, plus a driver-selectable rear-wheel-drive mode that sends 100 per cent of the torque to the rear wheels. Line Lock comes as standard on the Scat Pack, and R/T buyers can add it with the Performance Handling Group.

Unity will also take special orders for the four-door Sixpack and the Daytona EV, built to each customer's personal specification.

Drive modes include Auto, Eco, Wet/Snow, Sport and Custom. Sport sharpens the gear changes, steering and throttle response, and opens the active exhaust. The Scat Pack also gains extra performance tools, including Launch Control.

The chassis features multi-link front suspension, independent integral-link rear suspension and adaptive damping, while the Scat Pack adds six-piston Brembo front callipers. An active exhaust with dual-mode valves changes its character in each drive mode.

Unity Automotive officially represents Dodge and RAM at its Oxford dealership as an authorised retailer appointed by KWA, the official European importer of both brands. The appointment builds on a long-standing partnership: over many years, Unity and KWA have worked closely to bring authentic Dodge and RAM vehicles, parts and aftersales support to UK customers. The group also holds Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Fiat, Jeep, MG, Subaru, Isuzu and other franchises across Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Leicestershire.

Customers who want to be among the first in the UK to own a Charger Sixpack two-door, or who wish to factory order any other specification, should contact Unity Oxford now. Viewings and order allocations will be available imminently.
