Aston Martin Launches Luxury Residences in Brazil With Setai
Aston Martin today announces a new Interiors by Aston Martin luxury multi-unit residential development in partnership with Setai, the largest privately held developer in Brazil’s North-East. Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin marks Aston Martin’s official entry into the Brazilian and South American residential property markets.
This project builds on Aston Martin’s growing real estate portfolio. The brand further expanded its portfolio in 2025 with the completion of N°001 Minami Aoyama in Japan and the announcement of Daytona Beach Shores in Florida. The development also marks the second Interiors by Aston Martin collaboration, as the marque applies its distinctive approach to materiality and craftsmanship to private residences.
Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin will feature a 45-storey tower, which places it among the tallest buildings in Brazil’s North-East. The development will offer luxury apartments ranging from 105 to 320 square metres. The range reflects the maturity and potential of the region’s high-end real estate market.
The new development will rise in João Pessoa, Paraíba. The state has strengthened its position as a leading hub for economic and demographic growth in Brazil and recorded unparalleled tourism growth in 2025. Aston Martin will lead the interior design and translate those same values into residential architecture: timeless design, premium materials, precision engineering, and uncompromising attention to detail.
Aston Martin Director of Brand Diversification, Stefano Saporetti, said: “As we expand our footprint into Brazil, we are translating and integrating Aston Martin’s British sophistication with the natural allure of Paraíba. By blending our evocative design language with the rich culture and natural beauty of the region, this project scales our craftsmanship into a bespoke lifestyle experience that captures the very essence of modern Brazilian luxury.”
João Pessoa’s property market draws strength from the city’s natural beauty and pristine beaches. The city also benefits from a rich history and expanding infrastructure, which positions it as a popular place to live and invest. This momentum has attracted high-net-worth buyers who relocate to the city as a primary or secondary home from across Brazil, especially São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and Brasília. The city has also attracted remote professionals and investors who want city convenience alongside tranquillity.
Setai Grupo GP operates in four capitals across Brazil’s North-East and has delivered more than 8,000 residential units across its portfolio. The addition of an Interiors by Aston Martin project reinforces the company’s commitment to raising standards across the region’s real estate market. It also positions the North-East as Brazil’s “beach home” with residential offerings of the highest international calibre. Baggio Pereira and Schiavon Arquitetura will serve as the project architects. As industry experts, they will bring added precision to the development and ensure exceptional creative design backed by strong technical knowledge.
“Bringing Aston Martin’s first residential project to South America, specifically to Paraíba, Brazil, represents a strategic move to partner with iconic, globally recognised brands while positioning the region on the global ultra-luxury residential map. As a long-time admirer and client of the brand for over 15 years, I have personally experienced Aston Martin’s craftsmanship, which perfectly embodies its philosophy of extreme sophistication, elegance, and luxury,” says André Penazzi, CEO of Setai Grupo GP.
Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin offers more than a new address. The development creates an ultra-luxury home for buyers seeking a primary or secondary residence in Paraíba, Brazil. The project aims to become a landmark in Brazil’s luxury real estate market by integrating architecture, interior design, lifestyle, and performance, while positioning the region as a high-end destination for both Brazilian and international audiences.
