Audi Revolut F1 Team Reveals Name, Logo and Berlin Launch
The Audi Revolut F1 Team has revealed its official name and logo and confirmed that it will stage its global launch in Berlin on 20 January 2026. This announcement marks a significant step as the team prepares to join the Formula One World Championship in 2026. The team name and logo bring together Audi F1 and global fintech Revolut, following confirmation of the title partnership in July 2025.
The team has placed its partnership with Revolut at the centre of its identity. Revolut shares the ambition for innovation and performance, and it helps the Audi Revolut F1 Team connect with a diverse, international audience. The collaboration moves beyond traditional sponsorship and builds a broader alliance that aims to challenge conventions and create new forms of fan engagement through activations, race access and exclusive app-based benefits for Revolut users. The team will also integrate Revolut Business into its financial operations and add Revolut Pay to its online store to enhance the checkout experience.
The Audi Revolut F1 Team will present its complete identity for the first time at the Berlin launch on 20 January. The event will create an immersive experience and highlight the brand's core pillars: clarity, technical intelligence, and emotion. The team will follow the exclusive launch with a public opening on 21 January, so fans can share the inaugural moment and connect with the project beyond the paddock.
The Berlin launch will also spotlight the official unveiling of the car’s full 2026 race livery, after the team revealed the Audi R26 Concept in November. With fewer than 50 days to go before the first race, the team will show how its visual identity will shape its debut season and translate Audi design principles into a striking presence on the Formula 1 starting grid.
As the Audi Revolut F1 Team takes shape, Sauber Motorsport AG will become Audi Motorsport AG. The team will also rename its Technology Centre in Bicester, UK, as the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK. The company will honour its heritage by keeping the names Sauber Holding AG and Sauber Technologies AG.
Gernot Döllner, CEO of AUDI AG and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sauber Motorsport AG: “Unveiling the Audi Revolut F1 Team name and logo marks another major milestone on our journey into the pinnacle of motorsport. Both give our ambition a clear identity, reflecting a strong vision and innovative spirit. We now look ahead to Berlin in January, where we will officially present this exciting new chapter for the Audi brand to the world.”
Mattia Binotto, Head of Audi F1 Project: “This announcement gives a name and a face to the incredible work being done by the team. The team is taking shape, driven by a culture of precision and relentless ambition. The Berlin launch will be the first moment we stand together as a collective and invite our global fan base to join us ahead of our debut in 2026.”
Jonathan Wheatley, Team Principal of the Audi Revolut F1 Team: “Today, our project takes on its official identity. The Audi Revolut F1 Team name symbolises the combined strength of our teams in Germany, the UK and Switzerland, together with our partners. It provides a banner under which we all unite as we build towards 2026. This is a crucial milestone that energises the entire project and makes our long-term ambition tangible for everyone involved.”
Nikolay Storonsky, CEO and Co-Founder of Revolut: “Revolut and Audi are uniting in Formula 1 with a global ambition to challenge the status quo and a shared obsession with engineering excellence. The Audi Revolut F1 Team name and logo are the first symbols of this powerful alliance that will accelerate Revolut’s global growth.”
