Falken Motorsports Targets Nürburgring Success in 2026

Falken Motorsports will compete again in the ADAC RAVENOL Nürburgring Endurance Series and the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring during the 2026 season. The team continues its long commitment to endurance racing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Falken will field its popular teal-and-blue Porsche 911 GT3 R with start number 44 once again.

Falken Motorsports has set a clear goal for 2026. The team aims to continue the momentum it built in recent seasons. It dominated the 2025 Nürburgring Endurance Series, winning five races. The results included four one-two finishes, twelve podium places and two pole positions. This performance secured the NLS Speed Trophy, which the team also claimed in 2024.

Falken remains one of the most successful and recognisable participants at the Nürburgring. The brand has appeared at the 24-hour race almost every year since 1999. It has established itself as both a sporting competitor and a familiar presence around the event. Falken will run the latest-specification Porsche 911 GT3 R in 2026. Engineers enhanced the aerodynamics across the chassis to improve driveability. The package builds on the successful 992 platform that debuted in 2023. Falken will also continue to race on its own motorsport tyre. The tyre features the innovative SENSING CORE sensorless monitoring system that the company introduced at the Nürburgring in 2025. The system uses machine learning to analyse wheel speed signals in real time. It detects pressure, load and wear with high accuracy. Teams can use this data to refine pit stop strategy and reduce the risk of puncture damage.

Falken Motorsports relies on continuity and experience behind the wheel of the Porsche 911 GT3 R. Klaus Bachler returns to the team. The 34-year-old Austrian has competed regularly for Falken on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and has already secured several victories. Bachler will share the cockpit this season with former DTM driver Morris Schuring, among others. The Dutch driver joined the Japanese tyre brand’s driver squad at the start of 2025 and won on his debut in Falken colours. He also secured an overall victory at last year’s NLS season opener with Sven Müller. Müller returns to thelineupp for 2026 and has been a key member of the team for several years.

Tim Heinemann completes the quartet. He has raced for Falken since 2022 and has established himself as one of the fastest GT3 drivers on the Nordschleife. Together, the drivers bring experience, deep knowledge of the circuit and a strong winning mentality. This combination gives Falken Motorsports the foundations for another successful season in the Nürburgring Endurance Series.

Falken Motorsports will also keep its familiar visual identity. The striking livery of the Porsche 911 GT3 R remains largely unchanged. The team will continue to race with the traditional start number 44. The number refers to the house number of Falken’s first German location in Offenbach and reflects the brand’s close connection with Germany.

Alongside its Porsche programme, Falken will continue its partnership with Max Kruse Racing in the 2026 season. The team founded by former professional footballer Max Kruse has used Falken racing tyres since 2021. It has achieved numerous class victories on the Nürburgring Nordschleife during the past four years. Falken also extended its partnership with the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring last year. The agreement runs until 2028 and ensures that the Falken logo will continue to appear on every race car.
