Zenvo Aurora Hypercar Brakes Unleash Precise Power
Zenvo positions the Aurora hypercar as the ultimate driver’s machine, and its uncompromised performance hinges on braking that feels as immediate as the acceleration. To master the V12 hybrid drivetrain’s 1,850 hp, Zenvo partners with Alcon Components, integrating a bespoke Alcon braking system that channels raw speed into decisive control.
Engineers machine billet aluminium into monoblock callipers—six-piston at the front, four-piston at the rear—and match them with carbon fibre-reinforced silicon carbide discs. This arrangement reduces unsprung weight, increases thermal capacity, and preserves precise brake-pedal feedback, even during relentless circuit sessions, ensuring the Aurora delivers consistent, fade-free stopping power.
