Lamborghini Temerario GT3 Debuts at Goodwood Festival of Speed
Automobili Lamborghini revealed the Temerario GT3 racer on its podium in the VIP Lamborghini Lounge, trackside at Goodwood Festival of Speed, the UK’s premier automotive event. Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann presented the race-ready version of the all-new Temerario super sports car, with customer deliveries set to begin in 2026. Draped in green, red and white to honour the Italian Tricolore, the Temerario GT3 succeeds the Huracán GT3, a champion that secured 96 titles. While spectators admired the competition car, the road-going Temerario thundered through its public dynamic debut, its twin-turbo V8 hybrid powertrain heralding a new chapter. The hybrid V12 Revuelto and Urus SE plug-in hybrid SUV joined the newcomer on the famous hill climb, underscoring Lamborghini’s commitment to electrified performance.
“Watching the now fully-hybridised Lamborghini production model range run up the hill at Goodwood for the first time is a defining moment,” said Stephan Winkelmann. “It marks the anticipated achievement in our Cor Tauri's ‘towards electrification’ programme, with the complete hybridisation of our three-strong model lineup. Each car, with its unique powertrain, design, and personality, shares the attributes of hybridisation with enhanced driving dynamics and performance, as well as technologies that make our super sports models more accessible and drivable than ever before. Lamborghini is at Goodwood with the most complete hybrid super sports range on offer: sustainable but with benchmarking performance and ‘fun to drive’ characteristics, and most distinctly ‘Made in Italy’.”
Over four days, the Lamborghini Lounge welcomed more than 500 guests. It showcased a Temerario Alleggerita in vivid Arancio Xanto, featuring high-gloss visible carbon fibre, and a Nero Ade interior trimmed with Arancio Dryope. A flagship Revuelto in Grigio Acheso, with Verde Scandal detailing, also captivated visitors, illustrating Lamborghini’s first High-Performance Electrified Vehicle. The supercar paddock featured a Temerario finished in bright Verde Mercurius and a bespoke Revuelto styled by the Ad Personam team in matt Blu Uranus with gloss carbon highlights and matt black logos and tailpipes. Each afternoon, an Urus SE in refined Grigio Antares tackled the hill, representing the marque’s most versatile and best-selling model.
“The UK is one of Lamborghini’s most significant markets, and it is a privilege to meet so many owners and enthusiasts at Goodwood,” added Stephan Winkelmann. “We are a global brand with a global audience, much like the Festival of Speed, and this was the perfect occasion to launch our important new GT3 race car, marking a new era for our highly successful international GT3 client racing programme and motorsport enthusiasts worldwide.”
On 11 July, Lamborghini simultaneously unveiled the Temerario GT3 and Temerario road car in Wilder World, a photorealistic open-world metaverse. The activation expands Fast ForWorld, Lamborghini’s proprietary digital engagement platform, into a third-party space where limited-edition collectables of both models will enrich the virtual vehicle library.
