MANSORY Equestre Transforms Ferrari 12Cilindri GT With 855 hp
Ferrari launched the "Ferrari 12Cilindri" at the end of 2024 and continued Maranello’s tradition of 12-cylinder Gran Turismo sports cars. Following the "Purosangue" SUV, the marque introduced another model featuring the renowned Ferrari 12-cylinder engine, a powerplant that has thrilled fans worldwide for decades with its distinctive sound and responsiveness. Despite the rise of ultra-powerful SUVs, this 12-cylinder GT sustained exceptional desirability in performance car circles, and the "Ferrari 12 Cilindri" quickly became one of Ferrari’s most sought-after models after launch.
Ferrari matched maximum sporting ability with first-class comfort to create a car that embodies core Ferrari DNA: performance, driving pleasure and comfort. This balance set the stage for a complete conversion by Bavarian luxury specialist MANSORY. Following last year’s "MANSORY Pugnator" based on the "Ferrari Purosangue", the brand now unveils another complete vehicle conversion that showcases its technical expertise and appears before the world public for the first time at the „Monaco Yacht Show”. With the "MANSORY Equestre", MANSORY launches the world’s first conversion of a "Ferrari 12Cylinder".
MANSORY executes a comprehensive body conversion that turns heads both technically and visually. An exceptional paint finish on the launch car pairs with colour-coordinated, full carbon fibre components in the "Forged" design to underline the classic Gran Turismo lines and the high degree of individuality that defines every MANSORY complete conversion. At the front, the "MANSORY Equestre" features striking, significantly enlarged air intakes in a completely redesigned carbon fibre front apron. These intakes channel fresh air efficiently to the radiators positioned behind the left and right openings. At the same time, additional side flaps before and behind the front wheels increase downforce on the front axle.
A full carbon fibre front bonnet continues visually into the wheel-arch vents and the rear sections of the front wings. From the side, exposed-carbon extensions over all wheel arches and distinctive sills display the unmistakable MANSORY signature. The spoiler-free rear above the apron remains unchanged, preserving the elegant Gran Turismo silhouette that enthusiasts value so highly. A full carbon rear apron with an integrated third brake light then defines a powerful, distinctive rear view. As an extra visual highlight, a centrally mounted stripe in the colours of the Italian “Tricolore” runs along the entire car. The "MANSORY Equestre" is available in both Coupe and Spider configurations.
The conversion debuts newly designed "VF.5" rims. These one-piece, ultra-light forged wheels arrive in 10x21' at the front and 12x22' at the rear and will roll out to other high-performance models in the MANSORY portfolio in various sizes and colour schemes. Glossy black rims on the launch vehicle pair with high-performance tyres, sized 275/35R21 at the front and 325/30R22 at the rear, to sharpen steering precision in spirited driving, elevate dynamics, and maintain a high level of comfort.
MANSORY raises performance through extensive engine management revisions and a new four-pipe sports exhaust. The "MANSORY Equestre" now delivers 855 hp and 730 Nm. The exhaust system integrates valve control and two sports catalytic converters, and it exits through two adjacent tailpipes within the newly designed full carbon fibre rear apron.
Inside, owners can customise every element, from leather and colours to quilting patterns and carbon fibre finishes, in line with the brand’s classic complete conversion approach. In the launch vehicle, grey Alcantara lines the cabin, contrasting with purple appliqués. The headliner, also in Alcantara, features assorted LED lights and an illuminated MANSORY logo in purple. All carbon fibre interior components are finished in a classic "visible carbon finish". A MANSORY carbon-leather sports steering wheel with an integrated shift indicator, seat belts embroidered with the MANSORY logo, MANSORY sports aluminium pedals, and quilted MANSORY floor mats complete a specification that enables owners to realise their individual ideas and desires, executed masterfully by MANSORY specialists.
