Maserati GT2 Stradale: Track-Bred Supercar Now Available to Order in the UK
Following its world premiere on 16 August at The Quail during California’s Monterey Car Week and a thrilling international media drive from Marbella to the exclusive Ascari circuit in Spain, Maserati has officially opened UK orders for its highly anticipated flagship road car – the GT2 Stradale.
This road-legal marvel, derived from the GT2 race car that marked Maserati’s triumphant return to closed-wheel championships, takes its foundations from the award-winning MC20 super sports car and pushes the limits of agility, aesthetics, and performance.
The GT2 Stradale merges motorsport pedigree with road-going practicality. Powered by Maserati’s acclaimed 3.0-litre twin-turbo Nettuno V6 engine, it now produces 640hp – a 10hp boost over the MC20 Coupé and Cielo. With a weight reduction of 60 kg, it accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.8 seconds and achieves a top speed of 202 mph.
This high-performance machine delivers an uncompromising driving experience, blending extreme engineering with everyday usability.
Only 914 examples of the GT2 Stradale will be produced – a tribute to Maserati’s founding year of 1914, as proudly displayed by the “1 of 914” badge on the central tunnel.
In celebration of Maserati’s exceptional results in the 2024 GT2 FANATEC Championship, a special ‘Edizione Corse’ version will be produced in a limited run of just 16 units – mirroring the number of podiums achieved.
This range-topping edition amplifies Maserati’s racing DNA. Key features include a titanium racing exhaust (track-only), lightweight Monodado alloy wheels, and a carbon fibre interior package encompassing the central tunnel, door sills, paddle shifters and instrument cluster cap. The Maserati Corse logo on the C-pillar and a dedicated engine cover plaque reinforce its motorsport heritage.
Owners also receive an exclusive Maserati x Sparco racing kit—including a helmet, race suit, gloves, shoes, balaclava, and duffle bag—along with an unforgettable Maserati Racetrack Academy experience in Italy, including driving the GT2 race car on a professional circuit.
The GT2 Stradale has track-derived components: single-nut forged wheels, carbon fibre monocoque seats with Alcantara pads, and a race-inspired steering wheel with integrated Shift Uplights. Aerodynamic enhancements such as a carbon fibre splitter, diffuser, roof, and rear wing provide up to 500kg of downforce for peak agility.
Buyers can further tailor their vehicle with two advanced performance packs:
Performance Pack: This includes louvred fenders for better heat dissipation, upgraded carbon-ceramic brakes, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tyres, a GT2-specific electronic limited-slip differential (E-LSD), and the GT2 Corsa EVO driving mode with four custom CORSA settings for ultimate control.
Performance Pack Plus adds a harness bar, four-point seatbelts, and an integrated fire extinguisher, emphasising the GT2 Stradale’s motorsport focus.
The GT2 Stradale comes in Nero Essenza as standard, with additional metallic shades including Bianco Audace Matte, Giallo Genio, and Blu Infinito. Maserati’s Fuoriserie personalisation programme offers eight bespoke colours, including Digital Mint Matte, Powder Nude Texturised, and Blu Corse.
