Naran Automotive Appoints Ollie Evans to Lead Hypercar Push
Naran Automotive, the UK-based hypercar manufacturer, appoints Ollie Evans as its new Managing Director. He reports directly to Founder and CEO Ameerh Naran and works closely with Director of Sales and Marketing, Giles Clayton-Jones, to drive the next phase of growth for The Naran four-seater hypercar programme.
Evans joins Naran Automotive after more than four years at Jaguar Land Rover as Head of the Special Commissions Programme, followed by six years at CALLUM Designs as Commercial and Finance Director. Drawing on his extensive experience across global automotive businesses in the UK, he leads all aspects of project management at Naran Automotive, including project definition, business case creation and end-to-end delivery of this exclusive luxury hypercar.
His arrival follows the senior appointment of Giles Clayton-Jones in April 2025. After leading global brand departments at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and McLaren Automotive, Clayton-Jones now partners with Ameerh Naran to shape Naran Automotive’s brand, sales and marketing strategy as the company prepares for its first deliveries of The Naran in 2027. Naran Automotive will continue to add senior talent as it builds a world-class design and engineering team dedicated to this ultra-high-performance, bespoke hypercar.
The expanded leadership team works alongside Chief Operating Officer Maysara Fermawi, who continues to lead the brand’s engineering and technical development. Fermawi brings extensive experience from McLaren Automotive and Aston Martin, where he led key programmes including the McLaren GT, Artura and the Aston Martin hybrid DBX. Under his guidance, Naran Automotive focuses on delivering a world-class hypercar that unites extreme performance with handcrafted luxury and precision engineering.
Entrepreneur and founder Ameerh Naran conceived The Naran as a four-seater hypercar that blends the character of an ultra-high-performance machine with the presence of a sculptural object of beauty. The Naran delivers a raw, analogue driving experience that reflects the company’s tagline, “Dream Tough.” Naran Automotive will build only 39 cars, each shaped through unparalleled customisation options, including the opportunity for owners to name their own edition, ensuring every example becomes a unique luxury creation.
The Naran generates over 1,000 bhp from a bespoke 5.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, targeting thrilling performance on both road and track. Customers who choose a more racetrack-inspired aero pack, informed by adjustable systems used in motorsport to maximise downforce, benefit from an aerodynamic package engineered to deliver a GT3-style driving experience. Owners can tailor the exterior to suit their vision, whether they favour an elegant, head-turning presence on public roads or a more assertive, performance-led aero specification.
Inside, customers explore near-limitless possibilities, collaborating directly with Naran Automotive’s design and engineering experts to create the ultimate, truly bespoke, track-focused hyper-GT interior. Every detail reflects an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and exclusivity that defines this rare four-seat hypercar.
To reserve an allocation of The Naran, clients may secure their place with a deposit of €350,000, with only a limited number of build slots remaining.
