Amalgam Collection Joins Gumball 3000: 2025 Rally Models
Amalgam Collection, the world’s leading creator of hand-built large-scale model cars, announces its official partnership with Gumball 3000. As part of the Gumball family, the team will travel with the rally to every stop in 2025 from Istanbul to Ibiza, giving Gumballers the chance to commission their own car in perfect miniature. This collaboration brings collectors, drivers and fans closer to automotive art while celebrating the spectacle of the rally.
Working under the guidance of Gumball 3000 founder Maximillion Cooper, Amalgam has developed a programme that lets rally entrants distil the spirit of their 3,000-mile adventure into a unique piece of automotive art. Clients can choose between two distinctive forms. One option recreates the car in pristine pre-rally condition with exacting livery detail. The other delivers a post-rally masterpiece with authentic weathering applied by Amalgam’s artists to replicate the dirt, wear, and patina gathered over the course of the event. Both approaches produce a faithful miniature car model that captures performance, personality and provenance.
Amalgam develops each model over thousands of hours to honour the original car. The craftspeople work directly with manufacturers, utilising CAD data, scans, and photography to ensure perfection, and the development process typically takes around 4,000 hours. This meticulous approach sets a benchmark for luxury model cars, transforming each commission into a collectable artwork with enduring value.
