BRABUS Island Debuts Luxury Real Estate in Abu Dhabi

On 26 April 2025, BRABUS, headquartered in Bottrop, Germany, unveiled BRABUS Island at an invitation-only event in Abu Dhabi, instantly positioning the project as a landmark in luxury real estate in the emirate. The brand’s first foray beyond high-performance vehicles delivers a lifestyle destination where owners live fully “BRABUSIZED”.

The private island in the prestigious Al Seef District, Al Raha Beach, offers 450 residences: 350 luxury apartments and 100 bespoke villas. Each home arrives with optional BRABUS interior design and furniture, echoing the distinctive styling of BRABUS Masterpiece supercars and ensuring a signature one-second wow factor.

Residents will enjoy contemporary minimalist architecture that cuts a bold silhouette against the Abu Dhabi skyline, while being situated just minutes from Zayed International Airport, the city centre, and within an hour's drive from Dubai. Four residential towers house two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments ranging from 107 m² to 456 m², and the shoreline hosts twin villas, townhouses and beach villas.

Cosmo, the subsidiary of UAE developer Reportage Properties, joins BRABUS as development partner, combining regional insight with technical expertise. The team will break ground in summer 2025 and begin phased handovers in early 2028. Prices start at €700,000 and peak at €6,500,000, granting buyers a rare chance to secure branded residences in the buoyant Abu Dhabi property market.

BRABUS brings nearly five decades of innovation to this new arena, transforming its engineering DNA into a spatial experience designed for those who refuse to compromise. “BRABUS ISLAND is both an incredible milestone and an evolution that makes sense,” explains a delighted Constantin Buschmann, CEO of BRABUS. “For nearly five decades, BRABUS has built products that move people — emotionally, viscerally, physically. But this is different. Now, for the first time, we’re not just designing vehicles for a lifestyle — we’re designing the lifestyle itself. BRABUS ISLAND is an exciting and very significant design opportunity, and Abu Dhabi is exactly the right place for it.”

Personalisation remains paramount. Owners choose from three curated palettes — Black and Bold, White Bliss and Grey Haven — then tailor finishes, textures and fittings to craft a truly individual retreat. The result mirrors the bespoke nature of every BRABUS vehicle, yet translates that attitude into a permanent address.

By launching BRABUS Island, the marque strengthens its already influential presence in the Middle East and redefines what exclusive living can mean. Future residents will gain more than property; they will join a community that fuses performance heritage with forward-thinking design, securing a home that both inspires and retains value in one of the world’s most dynamic luxury markets.
