Marc Márquez Returns to Valencia for 2026 MotoGP Testing

Marc Márquez continues his preparations for the 2026 MotoGP season and, as planned, he returns to the track after the injury he suffered last October. He lapped at the Aspar Circuit in Valencia yesterday and today on the Ducati Panigale V2 and V4.

Marc completes his first full-on-track training session since the parade at Campioni In Festa. He rode his Desmosedici GP there in front of Ducati employees and took a leading role in the event. In Valencia, he worked alongside Ducati Lenovo Team Manager Davide Tardozzi and finished two demanding days with very positive feelings.

Marc now builds towards the following milestones on the calendar. He takes part in Campioni in Pista, then attends the official team presentation on 19 January, before heading to the Sepang International Circuit for the first MotoGP tests from 3 to 5 February. He will keep his track programme running as he pushes to return to the top.

Over these two days, Marc rode two standout Ducati Panigale machines. He rode the Panigale V2 MM93, which Ducati revealed last November, with his own custom details. He also rode the new V4 Márquez 2025 World Champion Replica, a collector’s bike that celebrates the 2025 title.
