New LEGO Bugatti Models: Chiron Pur Sport and VGT Sets

Bugatti’s creative ethos has always pushed boundaries. Bugatti proved that ambition with the pioneering performance of the Veyron, the extraordinary speed of the Chiron Super Sport, and the uncompromising character of the Bolide. Bugatti continues that spirit of innovation beyond the Atelier in Molsheim as Bugatti and the LEGO Group unveil two new Bugatti LEGO sets for enthusiasts worldwide.

You can buy the LEGO® Technic™ Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport and the LEGO® Speed Champions Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo from 1 January. These launches mark a new milestone in the collaboration between Bugatti and the LEGO Group. For the first time, fans can choose from four Bugatti LEGO sets at the same time, alongside the LEGO® Speed Champions Bugatti Centodieci and the LEGO® Technic™ Bugatti Bolide.

Bugatti built the Chiron Pur Sport for drivers who demand adrenaline, agility, and precision. The car cuts weight compared to its siblings and pairs optimised aerodynamics with shorter gear ratios, making it the most dynamic expression of the Chiron family. The LEGO® Technic™ Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport captures that focus through 771 pieces, with vibrant orange bodywork and black livery that echo the real car’s character. Builders can steer the model, open the doors and bonnet, and explore an intricate model of the iconic Bugatti W16. The finished LEGO Technic Bugatti model measures over 3 inches (8 cm) high, 11 inches (29 cm) long, and 5 inches (13 cm) wide, making a standout display for builders agednine9 and older.

Bugatti holds a unique place in its history for the Vision Gran Turismo. Bugatti conceived it as a pure concept car for the Gran Turismo video game and unveiled it as a show car in 2015. The concept pays tribute to Bugatti’s racing heritage from the 1920s and 1930s. Bugatti drew inspiration from icons such as the Type 57 Tank and its victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1937 and 1939, and Bugatti created the Vision Gran Turismo as a thoroughbred for the virtual racetrack.

The LEGO Group has now turned that bold vision into an official LEGO® set. The LEGO® Speed Champions Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo uses 284 pieces to celebrate the distinctive design that made it an icon in the virtual racing world. The set targets passionate Bugatti fans and reflects the brand’s unrestricted values down to the last detail.

The LEGO Speed Champions Bugatti model recreates the defining features of the Vision Gran Turismo, including the signature horseshoe front grille, the dramatic rear wing, the distinctive 8-eye headlights, a sculpted roof fin, and wide tyres imprinted with 'Michelin'. The set also includes a minifigure in a Bugatti outfit, ready to take position in the single-seat cockpit. The completed model measures over 1.5 inches (4 cm) high, 5.5 inches (14 cm) long, and 3 inches (8 cm) wide, making the Vision Gran Turismo accessible to fans and gamers of all ages.

"Our collaboration with the LEGO Group continues to grow in exciting ways. With four different Bugatti models – the Chiron Pur Sport, Vision Gran Turismo, Centodieci and Bolide – available simultaneously for the first time, we are sharing the essence of what makes Bugatti special with collectors of all ages. Each model tells a different story about our brand and inspires the next generation of enthusiasts. Expanding our audience from a select group of hypercar owners to millions of fans, gamers, and performance aficionados makes this project particularly fun. It is one we thoroughly enjoyed bringing to life." Wiebke Ståhl, Managing Director of Bugatti International, shared the update.

Both new sets support builders with the LEGO® Builder app, which provides digital instructions that let users zoom, rotate in 3D, and track progress as they build their Bugatti LEGO sets. You can buy the LEGO® Technic™ Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport Hypercar and the LEGO® Speed Champions Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo Hyper Sports Car via the Bugatti online store, LEGO.com and LEGO® stores worldwide.
