Bentley and Boodles Unveil Bespoke Luxury Car Design
Boodles and Bentley, two iconic British brands with deep northern heritage, have reunited to create a new bespoke Bentley specification for every Bentley model. This second Bentley Boodles collaboration brings Boodles’ distinctive design language into Bentley’s world and gives customers a choice of two tailored specifications that express both brands’ character in every detail.
The renewed partnership builds on the success of the one-of-one ‘Be Boodles’ Bentley Continental GTC, which launched and was sold in 2024 on the same night. That car paired an Anthracite exterior with a Light Grey interior. The cabin featured lofted quilting and a blind stitch repeat pattern of the iconic interlocking ‘Be Boodles’ motif. The design also prompted customer enquiries about applying the same specification to other models across the Bentley range.
Customers can now choose between two bespoke Bentley design options: Standard or Dark. Bentley has configured the first car in the Standard specification as a Bentayga EWB Azure to mark this next phase. Bentley retailers now offer the car for customer orders, with delivery set for 2026. Bentley combines its engineering expertise with Boodles’ eye for elegance and individuality, while each customer configuration receives precise, meticulous attention.
The Standard specification takes inspiration from the modern colour palette of the 2024 ‘Be Boodles’ Continental GTC. Gravity Grey and Linen hides create a calm, elegant feel, while Autumn Stone and Piano Linen veneers add warmth. Subtle diamond detailing and mood lighting complete the cabin. A bespoke diamond-encrusted ‘Be Boodles’ design sits on the centre console. Powder Pink accents run through the interior in the contrast piping and embroidery, and painted pinstripes on the veneers reference the signature Boodles brand colours. Outside, the Anthracite exterior features jewel-like self-levelling wheel badges, Boodles badging and understated Powder Pink pinstripes on the mirror caps.
The Dark specification offers a richer, moodier take on the same luxury car design. A Satin Anthracite exterior finish pairs with a Beluga and Baroda interior and Piano Black veneer. This version replaces the Powder Pink accents with Silver and Chrome embroidery, piping and paint. These details reflect the platinum and 18-carat white gold used in the ‘Be Boodles’ jewellery collection.
Boodles began in Liverpool and has remained a family-run jeweller for 228 years. Today, the brand operates 10 showrooms across London, the north-west of England, and Dublin. Just 30 miles away, Bentley designs and builds luxury cars at its Crewe factory, where it has crafted vehicles for the past 80 years. Both brands champion British craftsmanship and design, and this latest collaboration unites some of the country’s finest creative minds and makers.
Nicola Brown, Head of Marketing for Bentley EMEA says of the project: “Even as a global business, Bentley’s British roots remain central to who we are, including our commitment to celebrating fellow master craftspeople here in the UK. Both Boodles and Bentley share a devotion to creating timeless luxury through meticulous attention to detail, whether in the hand-stitched interiors of a Bentley or the precision-cut gemstones in a Boodles jewellery piece. Bringing these elements together in our new co-branded design pack offers customers a truly immersive luxury experience, and we are excited to present the first Boodles Bentayga for 2026.”
Honour Wainwright, sixth-generation Boodles family member and Director of Marketing, says: “The next chapter of our collaboration with Bentley feels like a very natural progression. We share not only northern roots, but also a commitment to British craftsmanship and attention to detail. Bringing the Boodles design language into Bentley’s world once again has been an incredibly rewarding process, and we’re delighted to see it evolve into something customers can now make their own.”
