Togg and Microsoft Launch Can.ai Agentic AI With ZeroTouchUI

In Munich on 10 September 2025, the mobility brand Togg unveiled Can.ai, an agentic AI platform developed in collaboration with Microsoft Türkiye, at IAA Mobility 2025. Visitors experienced Can.ai in real-life scenarios, an AI that goes beyond traditional voice assistants. It delivers contextual awareness, operates without a conventional user interface (ZeroTouchUI), makes decisions, and automatically initiates processes that weave mobility into everyday digital life.

At IAA Mobility 2025, Togg showcased new products, designs, and technologies. In the dedicated Trumore Zone, visitors tested intelligent charging route management, voice-controlled vehicle services, as well as media and health services, all delivered without reliance on a conventional interface.

Since its foundation, Togg has treated artificial intelligence as a core part of its digital architecture. In 2020, Togg established one of Türkiye’s largest GPU-based infrastructures to train complex AI models and implemented every system within a microservice architecture, creating the basis for its agentic AI. Working with Microsoft Türkiye, the team built the Can.ai platform on Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies.

Can.ai replaces the traditional user interface by interpreting multilayered signals such as user intention, time, location, vehicle condition, and past behaviour. It enables context-aware interaction that adapts in real time. Teams can deploy the platform across various devices, including smart devices, mobile applications, call centres, and enterprise systems. The platform goes beyond responding to requests. It shows empathy, learns, predicts, and acts proactively in the best interests of users.

“With Can.ai, we are redefining more than mobility.” Togg CEO Gürcan Karakaş described the vision as follows: “From the very beginning, artificial intelligence has been the backbone of our new user infrastructure. With Can.ai, we are building an interaction model that not only responds to requests but also understands, anticipates, and acts autonomously. This enables us to introduce a new interaction paradigm, ZeroTouchUI, for our users, paving the way for a new form of mobility. Together with Microsoft Türkiye, we have implemented this architecture on secure and scalable technology. With Can.ai, we are creating an intuitive user experience that goes far beyond traditional mobility and enriches daily life.”

“Seamless experiences across ecosystems,” Levent Özbilgin, General Manager of Microsoft Türkiye, emphasised the significance of the partnership: “Artificial intelligence is one of the strongest drivers for new user experiences. With Can.ai, we have created a tangible example of this in the mobility sector. Together with Togg, we developed a platform that understands users’ needs, operates seamlessly across ecosystems, and significantly enhances the user experience. Thanks to Azure’s globally scalable infrastructure, Can.ai can be deployed reliably and securely across different environments. Can.ai also illustrates how technology will seamlessly become part of our everyday lives.”

Togg and its partners trained the platform on more than 1,000 documents, extensive FAQ content, and over two million call centre records. It communicates with users in everyday language in writing and speech. Using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and intelligent search algorithms, Can.ai answers customer enquiries within seconds, covering orders, tracking, after-sales services, and technical support. This capability positions Can.ai as a digital twin of the Togg Care Team.

On 25 June 2018, Anadolu Group, BMC, Turkcell, Zorlu Group, and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) founded Togg (Türkiye’nin Otomobili Girişim Grubu) to build a global mobility brand with full intellectual property rights. The company develops all-electric, connected vehicles and an integrated mobility ecosystem that goes beyond the car. As a technology-driven organisation, Togg aims to make mobility more innovative, accessible, and sustainable, with a clear focus on user-centricity, digital connectivity, and a zero-emission future.
