KAMM 912T: Bespoke Hungarian Sports Tourer for Pure Driving

KAMManufaktur introduces the 912T, a bespoke touring model for enthusiasts who savour every mile. The new KAMM 912T honours the marque’s hallmarks of timeless design, lightweight precision and an authentic analogue driving experience, while adding an extra layer of comfort and sophistication for long-distance adventures. With global deliveries of the purist 912C in full swing, the 912T now offers touring flair imbued with the unmistakable KAMM spirit that has won admirers worldwide.

“The KAMM 912C is our ultimate interpretation of the iconic 912 for those who desire performance on both the road and track, but when we were asked if we could build a more relaxed, touring version, we were excited to create the 912T,” says Miklós (Miki) Kázmér, founder and CEO of KAMManufaktur. “The 912 is a timeless classic and in the 912T, we have re-imagined it as a sports tourer that delivers elevated comfort without diluting the pure joy of driving.”

KAMM’s engineers, including alums of Porsche Motorsport, Singer and Koenigsegg, have sculpted the 912T’s body with in-house carbon-fibre panels for the bumpers, wings, bonnet and boot lid. Metal doors and full glass windows enrich refinement on longer journeys, yet the car still tips the scales at only 860 kg—roughly 100 kilograms lighter than an original 912.

Under the restored shell, the famed 2.0-litre ‘616’ four-cylinder produces 163 hp and 201 Nm of torque. A lower 6,500 rpm redline, recalibrated gearing and a non-valved touring exhaust create smoother progress, while power remains eager on demand. The tailor-made one-way TracTive suspension softens the ride without sacrificing the crisp, confident handling that defines every KAMM sports car. Buyers can specify classic Fuchs 15-inch alloys or retro-cool 15-inch steel-style wheels to complete the period-perfect stance.

Inside, handcrafted Fusina seats deliver extra support, Smith’s instruments take centre stage, and discreet options such as a hidden audio system and wireless phone charging enhance modern usability. “Our team of designers and engineers relished the chance to create a slightly more comfort-oriented version of our 912,” adds Kázmér. “In the 912T, we have crafted a timeless sports tourer that exudes style and sophistication, without compromising the purity of the drive.”

Prices for the KAMM 912T start at €245,000 plus donor car, with production limited to batches of five. Build slots for the 2026 start-date require a €10,000 deposit, inviting discerning drivers to secure a place in KAMM’s future heritage. The result is a superb lightweight sports tourer that thrills on demanding roads yet invites relaxed cruising, perfectly embodying KAMM’s enduring mantra: dare to drive.
